went running in the khartoum forest today. a few months ago this area was completely covered due to flooding of the nile. the forest runs along the white nile and if you are lucky you can see monkies ! i didn't see any but some of the faster runners did.
it was so peaceful and beautiful in the woods. a nice change from the red Cinnamon earthy dust that is usually the color of khartoum.
